Franco's Monsters 

Franco and I have been revising how to describe a monster.  First, he read what is below and drew the monster next to it.

My monster's name is Beaklike.

It has got two green heads. 

It has got four purple antennas. 

It has got seven red eyes. 

It has got three long yellow noses. 

It has got two blue mouths. 

It has got one big white body. 

It has got six short arms and six orange hands.

It has got five fingers in each hand. 

It has got two belly buttons.

It has got eight long legs and eight small feet.

It has got six black toes in each feet.

Then, he wanted to draw a monster so, with a little help, he later on described it orally.  I wrote down what he said in class.  This is what we did:

                    It has got one blue head.

                   It hasn't got antennas.

                It is thin.

                It has got long arms.

                It has got hands.

                It has got a belly button.

                It has got two legs.

                It has got two feet.

                It has got 3 toes.

                It is blue.
